RedesignPDF offers a 14-day refund window for eligible purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting [email protected].

Refund requests should include your account email, order details, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.

One-time AI page edit credit packs

  • Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If some credits have already been used, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused portion where applicable.
  • Credits used to generate AI page versions are considered consumed.

Missing credits, duplicate payments, and providers

If payment succeeds but page credits are not added to your account, contact us. We will first try to add the missing credits. If we cannot resolve the issue after verification, we may refund the affected purchase.

If you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact us. Duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider actually used for the purchase.

Technical issues and policy violations

If a verified RedesignPDF technical issue prevents you from using purchased page credits, we may provide replacement credits, fix the account balance, or issue a refund within the 14-day refund window.

Refund eligibility may be affected by fraud, abuse, payment disputes, chargeback risk, attempts to exploit the service, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
